| "This home in Reynolds Plantation is the second custom home we have built. The first home we built in Hilton Head came in over budget so we were very particular who we hired this time. Randy Rich was wonderful to work with - he listened to us and built our house just like we wanted it! He worked closely with us from the very begining with the house plans - changing the floor plans to better suit our needs and giving us advise and suggestions the whole way through. We found his subs to be very good and they showed a high level of repect for Randy which allowed the building process to run smoothly.
